Could be better

iPad user.
Open up the app and it takes me thru the help routine. I have to tap the screen a bunch of times to finally get to the main screen. Then there is no default city but you have to tap current location.
Then wait while it searches. Then you are finally able to see your weather. Not worth opening as a lot easier with other weather apps.
